Guests must be 18 or older for massage treatments. Guests aged 16-17 may enjoy our contrast suites or outdoor massage treatments when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so we can remain on schedule for the next guest. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. You can manage your booking through the link in your email confirmation or by contacting us at hello@enjoywren.com or by phone.

Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the visit cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full amount of the visit.

We recommend comfortable, loose fitting attire for before and after treatments. Robes and slippers are provided upon check-in.

Bathings suits are required in all outdoor areas, including private contrast suites.

Yes, each contrast therapy suite is equipped with its own private shower. Our wellness lounge features one shared deluge and one private outdoor shower. Please note that the indoor shower is connected to our only bathroom, so we ask that it only be used in extenuating circumstances.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in late cancellation and/or re-booking fees.
• Noise Levels: While we encourage social interaction and community engagement, guests should maintain moderate volume levels to avoid disturbing neighboring guests or interrupting treatments.
• Attire: Guests should wear provided robes or appropriate coverage attire when not in the sauna or plunge.
• Bathing Suit Requirement: All guests must wear bathing suits when using the sauna or plunge, including in private suites.
• Rinse Policy: Guests are asked to rinse after their first sauna cycle before entering the plunge.
• Spray Tan and Hair Dye: Guests should not have recently applied spray tans or hair dye. If damage occurs due to harsh dyes, a $100 cleaning fee per affected piece of equipment will be charged.
